Can't Find Verification Status

I submitted my documents for verification on Dashcrypt so i can be able to use staking, but I can't seem to find any status update or tracking. Where should I be looking?

Jessica, usually, you can see the status directly on your dashboard. If it's not showing up, I'd recommend checking with customer support. They were quite helpful when I had a similar issue.

Are you checking on phone or the pc, Jessica? I couldn't find mine on my phone initially but saw the status update when I logged in through the website.
